Peanut sauce is one of the best things you can have in your fridge/freezer and here are 5 reasons why.
1 On your salad – Get your spiraliser out and spiral your vegetable away then pour some peanut sauce on top and bang you got yourself a yummy lunch.
2 On your chips – Chips from your local chippy are not as healthy as salad I know but if you make sweet potato chips in the oven and have it with peanut sauce instead of curry sauce then it is all good, right? It is still great on top of chip shop chips too.
3 On your stir-fry – Stir-fry some noodles, vegetable, chicken/tofu and just add some peanut sauce towards the end and a drop of soy sauce and you have yourself the fastest and easiest stir-fried dinner.
4 On your grilled chicken – grill some chicken breast and serve with some peanut sauce on top for another quick and easy weekday dinner.
5 Midnight snack – there is nothing lovelier than coming home hungry after a night out and heating up some peanut sauce in the microwave and dipping crusty bread into it. Yum Yum Yum.
