With a lot of people not eating red meat the chicken burger has become an alternative choice of burger. And I do think the chicken burger has earned its rightful place on the BBQ. I tried out this recipe on our yearly Murrin BBQ this year and it was a great success. The chicken has a bit of a kick to it but not too much, so the kids were still able to eat it. And just add on the salsa to give it more of a kick for the grown-ups.
