Like the dish itself, this is a short and sweet blog. Christmas is a busy time for everyone and the last thing you want to do is to spend all of your time in the kitchen preparing food for that Christmas party. (That you’ve decided 3 months ago that it will be a good idea to do!)
This dish is one of a few dishes I will be posting for the next few days. I know it might be a bit late for some of you (like I said it is a busy time!) but there is still New Year’s party too.
This dish cannot be any easier really. All I am doing is taking the good old cocktails sausages that everyone loves and adds a little glitter to it.
You will need:
40, ready cooked cocktails sausages
100ml, sweet chill sauce
1tbs, sesame seeds
1ths chopped spring onion
Pre heat the oven to 200c
Mix together the sausages and the sweet chilli sauce in a baking tray, making sure you coat the sausages well. Place it into the over for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce has become tick and have stick to the sausages. Remove the sausages from the over. Sprinkle the sausages with sesame seeds and spring onion and serve.
