Yes, you are not seeing things. This is a recipe for Alcohol free Mulled Wine and it is delicious.

Low and non alcohol red wine are often very sweet which makes it perfect ingredient for winter warming Alcohol free Mulled Wine.
Some of you might know that I have taken on mindfulness drinking, which means I am not really drinking any more unless it is a very special occasion. So far this year I have had one day of drinking, which was on my 50th birthday. There are great alternative to alcoholic drinks these day that I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. I definitely do not miss the sore head and the staying in bed not able to do anything the next day.
The low/non alcohol market is growing and I’m very excited to be apart of it.

- 1 bottle non alcohol red wine
- 1 lemon
- 100 g sugar
- 2 orange
- 20 cloves
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 1 lt water

- First cut the orange in half and stud the cloves. Make the syrup by heating up all the ingredients apart from wine and lemon to boiling then simmer for a few minutes. Turn of the heat and add in the sliced lemon. leave to steep for few hours or over night. Remove the fruits and spices if you wish (optional)
- Add in the red wine and bring back to simmer. Serve warm.
