Braised Pork Belly
Melt in your mouth, slow cooked braised Pork belly with Asian flavours.

  • 8sliced pork belly1 inch thick
  • 10g fresh gingerpeeled
  • 3cloves garlicpeeled
  • 1 juice of orange
  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp ketjap manis
  • 1/2tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1tbsp Chinese rice wine
  • 500ml chicken stock
  1. Preheat the oven to 150c. Simply put all the ingredients into an over proof dish with lid on then put into the oven for 2 hours.
  2. Remove the lid after 2 hours and return the pork to the oven for 1 hours. Remove the braised pork belly and reduce the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Char on the BBQ and serve with salad or in a Brioche buns.

With stir fried vegetable and rice.

On top of noodle soup.
