Braised Pork Belly
Melt in your mouth, slow cooked braised Pork belly with Asian flavours.
pork belly1 inch thick
juice of orange
dark soy sauce
sweet chilli sauce
soft brown sugar
Chinese rice wine
Preheat the oven to 150c. Simply put all the ingredients into an over proof dish with lid on then put into the oven for 2 hours.
Remove the lid after 2 hours and return the pork to the oven for 1 hours. Remove the braised pork belly and reduce the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Char on the BBQ and serve with salad or in a Brioche buns.
With stir fried vegetable and rice.
On top of noodle soup.
