Egg Fried Rice
Basic Egg Fried Rice recipe. Using only 3 ingredients to make this simple recipe. Add in vegetables and protein of your choice to make a complete meal.
cooked riceI used mixture of Thai and long grain rice
salt and pepper
Beat 3 eggs and 1 tsp soy sauce together. Heat the oil in a wok, once the oil is hot fry the beaten egg. Swirl the eggs around as if you are making a pancake.
Once the eggs are starting to cook, scramble it. Add in the cooked rice and the reminding ingredients and give it a good stir. That is it.

Tips: You want to cook the eggs in a hot pan but turn the heat down once the eggs are cook or you will burn the rice.
