Herbs and garlic BBQ steak
The best ever steak marinade recipe, full of herbs and garlic perfect for your BBQ. You will want to make it again and again.

  • 1tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2tbsp chopped mint
  • 1/2tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 4cloves crushed garlic
  • 3tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • good pinch salt and pepper
  • 4200g each Sirloin steak
  1. Add all the ingredients apart from the steak into a large container and give it a good mix then add the steaks. Give it a mix making sure all of your steaks are covered in the herby mix. Cover the bowl and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours (preferably over night). Sometimes when I find a good offer on steak I will buy them, marinade and keep in the freezer until I need it.
  2. Cook your steaks on the BBQ to your liking and serve on a salad or sliced and serve with any type of bread you like. I have had them in a bun, in a wrap, but my favourite is in pita bread with a bit of salad and hot sauce.
