Moo Pad Prik Khing – Stir fried Pork Belly with Green beans and Red curry. A quick stir fried curry, perfect for quick dinner.
Pork belly is my favourite cut of pork and that is what I have used in this recipe. The recipe is great with pork loin, chicken, prawns and aubergine. Although it is a stir fried curry without coconut milk it still has plenty of sauce for you to enjoy with a bowl of Thai rice.
