Quick Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless chicken thighs
  • 5tbs readymade teriyaki sauce
  • 10 long stem broccoli
  • ahandful sugar snap peasor any vegetables you have will do just fine
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 1tbs olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tbs of olive oil in a large pan on a high heat. Add chicken and fry till brown on both sides (about 2 minutes on each side).
  2. Once the chicken is nice and brown add in the Teriyaki sauce and water and give it a good stir. Place lid on the pan and turn the heat down to medium and cook the chicken for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vegetables, cover till the vegetables are done. Remove the lid and cook for 1 more minutes to thicken the sauce a little. Check that the chicken are cooked and the sauce is to your liking and that is it. You can serve the chicken with rice or noodles.
