Rad Na – Thai Noodles with Gravy

Ingredients
  • 300g chicken breastsliced
  • 4handfull mix vegetable of your choicecut to small bite size
  • 3150g pack Straight to wok noodlesI used Ribbon rice noodles
  • 3tbs oyster sauce
  • 1tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbs dark soy sauce
  • 1pinch of sugar
  • 1pinch white paper and salt
  • 11/2tbs corn flourmixed with 1 1/2 tbs cold water
  • 1clove minced garlic
  • 500ml boiling water
Instructions
  1. Firstly have all your ingredients ready to hand. Add in a drop of oil into a large wok or frying pan. Add in the garlic (careful not to burn it) add in the chicken ensuring that the pan is hot. you want to cook this fast.
  2. Just as the chicken starting to cook add in the vegetables. Once the chicken and vegetable are cooked add in all the sauces and seasoning. Giving it a good stir.
  3. Now add in the boiling water, bring to the boil and taste. making sure you are happy with the flavour adjust as require. Once you are happy stir in the corn flour and water mixture. keep stiring so that it will not be lumpy.
  4. Once the sauce has thicken add in the noodles, stir well to incorporate the noodles into the sauce. Served while hot.
