Culiflower Satay Salad Recipe

It has been a while since I wrote a vegetarian recipe and this one is created for my daughter in law who loves Cauliflower. It is so simple to make and is full of flavour. Perfect on your BBQ at the weekend as well as a great weekday dinner. You will need to make my Ar Jard Thai Relish and my Peanut Sauce to go with the Roasted Cauliflower. I would recommend making the full recipe of the Peanut Sauce,  portion them and freeze for when require. If you have a nut allergy or don’t like peanut then try the Roasted Cauliflower Satay with my Peanot Sauce.

Enjoy
