There is nothing like coming home from a long day at work to a pot of Slow Cooked Beef Massaman Curry.
I like to prep the curry the night before and keep it in the fridge ready for me to start in the morning as I leave the house.
I have browned the beef first in this recipe but if you do not have time you can just add the beef.
I used brisket beef in my recipe as I like the way it cooks in a slow cooker. This is my preference, feel free to change to your favourite cut of beef.
Thank you very much for visiting and see you again soon.
