Slow Cooked Beef Massaman Curry
Amazing curry to come home to. Just put all the ingredients and leave it in your slow cooker. And come home to a delicious Massaman curry.

Ingredients
  • 800g brisket of beefcut to about 2 inches cubes
  • 50g massaman curry paste
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1tbsp palm sugarSoft brown is a good substitute
  • 1400ml can coconut milk
  • 1cube beef stock
  • 100ml water
  • 3tbsp plain flour
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 10 New potatoes
Instructions
  1. Tossed the cubes of beef in plain flour and brown in a hot pan with olive oil. This is optional.
  2. Add the beef into your slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients and give it a stir.
  3. Cook the curry in your slow cooker on high for 5 hours or slow for 8 to 9 hours. Optional, garnish the curry with tossed peanut and sliced kaffie lime leaves.
  4. Serve with Thai rice.
