Who does not like burger? This Spicy Chicken Burger Recipe is perfect for all occasion. Summer BBQ, weekend brunch or a quick weekday dinner.

Using my Homemade Chilli Paste makes it a quick and easy marinade. I prefer to use chicken thighs for this recipe but you can use breast if you prefer.
You can marinade the chicken and freeze which makes it perfect meal prep too.

- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp homemade chilli paste link to recipe on blog
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together. Add in the chicken thighs. Marinade for at least half hour, over night if you can.
- Grilled or pan fried chicken till cook through (about 20 minutes). Assemble the burger in a bun add salad of your choice. Simply delicious.
