I do not like Avocado. There! I said it. However, this Spicy Creamy Thai Avocado Dip might just be my favourite thing I have made so far this year.
I wanted to add Avocado to the Thai basic Yum (salad) dressing, I was not sure if it was going to work but it did. Imagine that sour, spicy with a hint of sweetness that you get from a Thai beef salad. That is what this Spicy Creamy Thai Avocado Dip will give you but with a little bit extra creaminess from the avocado.
It took me no more than 5 mins to make this Spicy Creamy Thai Avocado Dip Recipe in a hand blender. You can have it as a dip or a salad dressing it is perfect for all occasion.
Maybe I do like Avocado after all?
