We all love our sweet and sour chicken from the local Chinese take away. This sweet and sour shicken tray bake is my take on the old favorite. I wanted to turn the good old sweet and sour into something that is easy to make at home and is great for weekday family dinner as well a perfect dish for when you are entertaining friends. The sauce for this recipe can be made ahead of time. All you have to do on the day is bake the chicken in the oven then add in the vegetables (feel free to change it to what ever you like) and pour the sauce over everything in the last 10 minutes. It could not be simpler, and it is all done in 1 tray! less washing up. This recipe has it all. It is simple, affordable and most important of all! It is delicious.
