This is my goto weekday Salmon recipe, Teriyaki Salmon.

It is quick and healthy and is a great way to get children to eat fish if they are not too keen on them.

For the sauce
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 clove garlic peeled
  • 10 g fresh ginger peeled
  • 4 salmon fillet

For the sauce
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 clove garlic peeled
  • 10 g fresh ginger peeled
  • 4 salmon fillet

Instructions
  1. First make the sauce by blending all the sauce ingredients together in a blender. Then pour the marinade over the salmon and marinade in an oven proof dish over night or at least 1 hour.
  2. Pre heat the oven to 180c. Cook the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes on each side. Serve with rice and vegetable.
