  • 1 kg mince pork
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 egg
  • 6 brioche rolls halved and toasted

  • 1 kg mince pork
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 egg
  • 6 brioche rolls halved and toasted

Instructions
  1. Simply mixed together all the ingredients (not the rolls) in a large bowl, using your hands. Form 6 large burgers, if you have time chill the burgers in the fridge for half hour to help the burgers keeps its shape when cooking.
  2. To cook the burgers indoor - Brown the burgers in a bit of oil for 2 minutes on each side then cook in the preheated oven 180c for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the size of your burgers. To cook on BBQ - BBQ the burgers for 20 minutes check to ensure that the burgers are cooked before serving.
  3. Serve the burgers on a toasted brioche rolls with some slaw, or salad and a bit of chilli sauce if you like it hot.
