Thai mixed seafood with garlic pasta is my take on the popular Spaghetti Marinara.
You can make this dish as homely or as fancy as you like by changing the seafood you are using. The seafood I use here is just a guide line. You can use anything you like or whatever you can get your hands on. I would recommend things that will take about the same amount of time to cook. Fish is not great for this as it will flake and fall apart when you stir fry it.
This is a fast cooking dish so make sure you have all the prep done before you start to cook.
