Yellow Curry Gnocchi, the ultimate comfort food that is perfect for the cold days we’ve been having.
Yellow curry is a milder curry that is normally cooked with chicken and potatoes. By changing potatoes to Gnocchi it has become a perfect one bowl meal.
I have used chicken in this recipe but you can swap this to any protein or vegetable. Butternut squash is great for this recipe.
I’ve kept this recipe on the milder side as you do not really want a bowl of something that will blow your head off. But if you do!! please feel free to add more curry paste.
