I have made this soup for my Thai dinner parties many times before and it was always a hit. As it was a special occasion I thought I would jazz it up a bit. Like most of my recipes you will be able to prepare it before hand. I think it is important at a dinner party that you are there with your guests and not spending most of the time in the kitchen. I have decided to make this soup as part of a mixed starter on Patrick’s 60th by serving it on an oriental soup spoon but you can serve this as a soup course or as an amuse bouche in a shot glass.
