Crème Caramel Sankaya

I am not really sure if you can say Sankaya is a dessert in Thailand. I think we have it in the afternoon too. It can be served with sweet sticky rice or steamed in a pumpkin. It is very similar to custard but we steam it, I think it really works well with the caramel. Another great example of how Eastern and Western cuisines and cooking methods can be combined.
